A neighbourhood café and bakery counter on Linden Parade, Bishopston. We bake from 6am, pour coffee roasted across town and cook brunch with veg from farms just outside Bristol. Pull up a chair, or grab something to go.
The Pantry opened in 2019 in what used to be the corner grocer's on Linden Parade. We kept the old shelves, painted the front green and filled the place with the things we love to eat.
That means bread with a proper crust, eggs done just so and cakes that taste like somebody's nan made them. Ours, mostly. Come for a quick flat white on the way to work, stay for a long Saturday brunch, or bring the laptop on a quiet Tuesday afternoon.
Sourdough, buns and cakes from our own ovens, starting at 6am.
Veg from Chew Valley farms and a menu that changes with it.
Our house espresso is roasted in small batches ten minutes away.
Once the coffee machine goes quiet, we push the tables together. Small, friendly evenings for up to 30 people, and you don't need to bring a friend.

We read every single one, usually with a cardamom bun in hand. Thank you for spreading the word.
The cardamom buns sell out by ten on a Saturday and now I understand why. They remembered my order by my second visit.
We came for brunch and stayed until lunch. The shakshuka is properly spicy, the staff were lovely with our toddler and nobody rushed us.
Went to supper club on my own and left with three new friends. Four brilliant courses, one long table and a lot of laughing.
Look for the green front and the striped awning, opposite the park gates. There's a bike rack outside and step-free access through the side door.
Walk-ins always welcome. For groups of six or more, please book ahead. Brunch is served until 2:30pm, or 3pm at weekends.
