Biscuit came home looking like a teddy bear and smelling amazing. Jess sent us a photo before we had even parked outside. We booked his next groom before we left.
Hannah R.Eaton, with Biscuit the cockapoo Mabel used to shake at the salon dryer. Tom grooms her in the van on our drive in Taverham and she hops out wagging every time. It has made such a difference.
Chris and Lou M.Taverham, with Mabel the springer The puppy intro was brilliant. Twenty minutes of treats, gentle brushing and a nail trim, and Pip now thinks grooming day is a party. Kind, patient people.

Questions owners often ask
Cannot see yours? Give us a call on 01632 960 418 and we will be happy to help.
Poodles, doodles, spaniels and other long or curly coats do best every 6 to 8 weeks. Short-coated dogs usually only need a bath and de-shed every 8 to 12 weeks. We will suggest a routine at the end of the first visit.
A bath and brush takes about an hour and a full groom takes 2 to 3 hours, depending on size and coat. We never use cages. Dogs wait in our cosy lounge area and we text you as soon as they are ready.
Absolutely. Tell us when you book and we will give you a quieter slot with Priya, go at your dog's pace and take breaks whenever they need one. For some dogs, a mobile visit on their own driveway is the calmest option.
Yes please. Dogs need to be up to date with their vaccinations and flea treatment. Puppies are welcome for an intro session one week after their second jab.
Just somewhere to park, roughly the length of a large car. The van has its own warm water, power and a quiet dryer, so we will not need to use anything from your house.
Let us know at least 48 hours before and we will happily rearrange for free. Cancellations with less notice are charged at half the groom price, as we are rarely able to fill the slot.
