0114 496 0321Really. You only pay for the work we agree to do. For emergencies the first hour is £79, which includes getting to you. If we can't fix it, or you decide not to go ahead after we've given you a price, you won't pay anything.
For most Sheffield postcodes we're with you in under an hour, and often much sooner. We'll give you a realistic arrival time on the phone and text you when your engineer is on the way, with their name and photo.
Yes. Every engineer who works on gas appliances is registered for that work and carries their ID card, so please ask to see it. All our team are DBS-checked, and we hold £5 million public liability insurance.
Our fitted prices start at £1,695 for a straight combi swap. Moving the boiler or converting from a system with a hot water tank costs more. We'll survey your home for free and give you a fixed price in writing, usually the same day.
If anything we've fitted or repaired goes wrong within 12 months because of our workmanship, we'll come back and put it right free of charge. Parts are also covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, which for new boilers runs for up to 10 years.
By card on the day, contactless or bank transfer. For boiler installs and bathrooms we take a 20% deposit to order your parts, and the rest when the job's finished and you're happy with it.
